Although they are very concerned of the cleanliness, most people from the elite class prefer to go to high end restaurants that serve street food inspired dishes, meals and desserts. In fact, many chefs in restaurants have taken these humble dishes and have elevated them to entice more customers in their businesses.

Wherever you go, it is always a must to try every culture’s street food. In there, you will find a piece of their history that words need not explain. Street food shows both traditional and contemporary form of cooking and every foodie will surely appreciate it.
